SHIPPING POLICY

UK Delivery:

 

For Boxes, and Bits & Bobs Over £50:

Free shipping is for orders (excluding furniture) over £50 to all UK postcodes.

 

Orders under £50, and Larger Items (eg Furniture):

Prices and service options are shown at shopping cart and checkout dependent on the postcode and the weight/size of the parcel. 

Despatch Time:

For 'In Stock' products I aim to despatch all orders placed Monday - Friday within two days. 'Made to Order' items have the typical time listed on a per product basis, listed on each product's page.

I do not process orders over the weekend, so if you place your order after 1pm on Friday and throughout the weekend, I will despatch it to you on the next working day.

International Delivery:

As international delivery costs are so variable, please get in touch for a quote.

Damaged Parcel:

If the parcel is damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and ask the courier to return the goods. Please contact me at info@ltwoodwork.com to let me know, so we can promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

Undeliverable Parcels:

I do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses input by you, the customer, at the point of check out. Please double check the delivery address carefully when placing your order.

RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason you may return your purchase within 30 days of despatch.

Please contact me via email: info@ltwoodwork.com with your order number and we will arrange the return and refund or replacement.

 

If the item(s) are defective or damaged in shipping I will cover all shipping costs, in all other cases the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship the item(s) back to me with whichever delivery service they choose.

Most major credit/ debit cards accepted, as well as apple pay, and Paypal.
